Dipsea Realty was born out of a love of family and life in Marin.

Founded by two pairs of sisters and the mother of one pair, Dipsea Realty is rooted in the principle that nothing is more important than family and home – than having beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to relax, laugh, and play with your loved ones.

Dipsea Realty is the sister company to Seadrift Realty, which has served the Marin community of Stinson Beach since 1973. Only two roads comprise the neighborhood of Seadrift: Seadrift Road and Dipsea Road. The Dipsea Trail connects Mill Valley to Stinson Beach. Naturally, Dipsea and Seadrift are intertwined. Seadrift Realty has been family-owned and operated since its inception; Dipsea Realty mirrors the same family values.

Join us as we venture over the Dipsea Trail from Stinson Beach to our own backyards in service of greater Marin County.

We can’t wait to introduce you to your dream home in the most beautiful environment in the world.

Our Team

As a third generation realtor and Marin native, Ashley was destined for a life in real estate. Ashley ventured to Long Beach, CA to attend college and eventually returned back to Marin. Upon her return, Ashley had a newfound appreciation of the magical nature of Marin County. Having grown up watching her mom, Katie, form lifelong relationships with her clients, Ashley’s mentality is rooted in the importance of connecting with clients, being their guiding light, and continuously keeping their best interests as the top priority throughout the buying and selling process. She and her husband, Jason, keep busy with their two little ones, Cooper (7) and Marlowe (2). You can usually find them adventuring outdoors with friends and family or on the soccer field.

Ali Palmer is an esteemed leader in the executive recruiting field, devoted wife, and mother of three: Fields (14), Calla (11) and Poppy (8). Originally from Newport Beach, Ali fell in love with the Bay Area on her soccer recruiting trip to UC Berkeley and never left. Ali married Bob Palmer, a Mill Valley native who played water polo at Cal, and couldn't wait to call the quaint town home for her own family. Bob has been coaching the Tam High boys' water polo team for the past 10 years. Ali enjoys all things about Marin living: the trails on Mt. Tam, the restaurants in downtown Mill Valley, and hosting her beloved community members for dinner parties at her home in Middle Ridge. Known for her positivity and gregarious nature, Ali has become a cherished figure in the Seadrift community, where she spends time at her family home. Ali is known for her generosity, caring for people, eye for design, and love of life in Marin.

Betsy has loved calling Marin her home for nearly 60 years. Originally from Mill Valley, Betsy didn't consider raising her son, Cameron (29), and daughter, Nicole (26), anywhere else; she's been amazed to see the quaint Marin neighborhoods grow and change throughout the years. Though she is passionate about design and earned a degree from the Fashion Institute in San Francisco, Betsy has been working alongside her mother, Katie, at Seadrift Realty for almost 30 years. Betsy joined Katie after Katie's husband, Don, passed away, to ensure that the family business and Don's legacy were able to thrive. In her spare time, Betsy enjoys gardening, walking her dog throughout her neighborhood, and spending time with her children.
