Dipsea Realty was born out of a love of family and life in Marin.

Founded by two pairs of sisters and the mother of one pair, Dipsea Realty is rooted in the principle that nothing is more important than family and home – than having beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to relax, laugh, and play with your loved ones.

Dipsea Realty is the sister company to Seadrift Realty, which has served the Marin community of Stinson Beach since 1973. Only two roads comprise the neighborhood of Seadrift: Seadrift Road and Dipsea Road. The Dipsea Trail connects Mill Valley to Stinson Beach. Naturally, Dipsea and Seadrift are intertwined. Seadrift Realty has been family-owned and operated since its inception; Dipsea Realty mirrors the same family values.

Join us as we venture over the Dipsea Trail from Stinson Beach to our own backyards in service of greater Marin County.

We can’t wait to introduce you to your dream home in the most beautiful environment in the world.

ASHLEY BIRD, FOUNDER, REALTOR

As a third generation realtor and Marin native, Ashley was destined for a life in real estate. Ashley ventured to Long Beach, CA to attend college and eventually returned back to Marin. Upon her return, Ashley had a newfound appreciation of the magical nature of Marin County. Having grown up watching her mom, Katie, form lifelong relationships with her clients, Ashley’s mentality is rooted in the importance of connecting with clients, being their guiding light, and continuously keeping their best interests as the top priority throughout the buying and selling process. She and her husband, Jason, keep busy with their two little ones, Cooper (7) and Marlowe (2). You can usually find them adventuring outdoors with friends and family or on the soccer field.
